Oil Absorbents are made of pure Polypropylene melt-blown microfiber. It is commonly known that the finer the polypropylene fiber. It has better the oil adsorbing capability according to its weight. Made entirely from virgin Polypropylene resin and by using the latest melt-blown fiber production technologies.

The oil absorbent pads are manufactured from a single layer of meltblown bonded together with lamination. This gives the pad a very strong which also good absorbency rate and quick absorbing iquids. The used oil absorbent pad disposal to contact concern department.

Each pad is 40 cm wide by 50 cm long (16″ x 20″) and is made from a single layer of meltblown fibers, laminated with bond points. The pad perforated center.

Oil Sock

Oil Spill Containment socks are made spun-bond outer sleeve and filled with an absorbent polypropylene core that is made from pure polypropylene material. It can be used for segregating specific area where there is spill risk. This will absorb just oil-based fluids. This socks sealed both side by metal clip.

The spun-bond sleeve makes very strong even when containing absorbed fluid. This mean they will not shed any loose fibers. The socks are very flexible which allows to bend to any uneven surfaces.

Oil Boom

Oil absorbent net booms spill kits are made an outer plastic netting that contains a spun-bond inner sock which filled with recycled polypropylene. It can be used either on land or water to block the spillages.

The booms feature rust proof hooks 50cm in from each end along with rings at both ends. So that multiple booms can be attached to each other to form longer barrages. A tough nylon rope also runs the entire length and is secured at each end with double clips to maintain a strong and durable product.

Oil Sweep

Oil Sweeps are ideal for removing the final oil sheen from a spill in lake or sea, especially in marine clean-up situations.

​Sweeps are constructed from a heavy layer of meltblown polypropylene sheets. At 30 meters long they are designed to sweep across streams and storm water discharge outlets, or they can be towed behind a boat. This sweep absorbs oil-based liquids but resists water.
