Drum Spill Pallets

Drum Spill pallets includes different sizes and the different raw materials depending on the liquids you are storing. Al Dolphin’s drum containment skids are made with strong UV resistant polythene.

Standard Sump Capacity of Drum Spill Pallets

Spill pallets are classified by its height and sump capacity, Low Profile with 130 liter sump, Medium profile with 200 liter sump and high profile with 250 liter sump. Also 8 drum spill pallet has the capacity of 1100 liter.

​Spill Containment Regulations

Secondary containment for multiple containers will be 150 percent of the largest containers volume or 10 percent of the aggregate volumes of all the containers, whichever is greater. Secondary containment for a single container will be 110 percent of the primary container.

Catch and contain drips, spills and leaks from drums up to 205 litres. This model (only available in black) is suitable for the storage of 2 x 205ltr drums and features a removable plastic grid for easy cleaning and 250mm openings for Forklift either side of 200 mm centre to aid transportation.

We do not advise this is done when laden as the drums could slide off, or if unevenly loaded it could damage the spill pallet.

Secondary Containment Shed Manufactured from medium density polyethylene, this spill pallet, designed to hold IBC tank or Drums. It has a 0.6 mm galvanized steel (powder coated paint finish) cover fitted with hinged doors and retaining catches to hold them open during loading and unloading. The metal cover is secured to the spill pallet by means of M8 dome head Allen bolts & nyloc nuts. This is the one of the model suitable for external usage.

Chemical Roll

Chemical absorbent rolls are made from polypropylene single layer of meltblown bonded together with lamination. This gives the pad or sheet a very strong which also good absorbency rate and quick absorbing liquids.

The Hazmat roll is 76 cm wide by 46 meters long (30″ x 150′)or 38 cm wide by 46 meters long (15″ x 150′) and is made from a single layer of melt-blown fibers, laminated with bond points and perforation in total length.
